Chris D - New bassist for ReD 13

ReD 13 would like to welcome Chris D!!

Chris comes from a long musical background that includes Dartford based group 'The Lonely Band', to which ReD 13 shared the line up with on Boxing Day of 2006. Chris come packed with enthusiasm and energy and a 'sub-slime' sense of humour that gelled with the band almost instantly.

Chris is a Music Technology teacher by day and has a MA in Music Technology to which he teaches pupils the fruits of his knowledge at a school based in Tonbridge.

Chris will debut his 1st performance at The Beacon Court Tavern - Friday 9th May @ 8pm..............so come and show him some support!!!!

ReD 13 are sad to announce that Lak has decided to leave the band in pursuit of other musical projects.

Lak has been a strong part of our squad in the 1st two years of our urban assault and we have had some awesome times sharing the stage with one of the best bassists around.

Those who know Lak well will be aware that Lak is equally awesome on a 6 string guitar and has decided to move onto projects where he will be rocking it up in a bluesy style - among many!

We still remain as good friends and wish Lak all the best in his musical ventures, which he is sure to do well at!

We’re sure Lak would like to thank all the people that have supported him and us in the last 2 years.

However, we would like to promise you that the fire is still very much burning and ReD 13 will be recruiting a new bass player very soon.

You got what it takes???

ReD 13 are into the final of Band of the year!

Saturday the 8th of September will play host to a show that is set to be one of the highlights of the ReD 13 calendar.

Come and show some support for us.........you're the reason why we play!!!!!!

ReD 13's music is featured in issue 198 of Fast Bikes Magazine!

ReD 13 were approached just over 2 months ago to provide the tunes that would be used on the DVD in this months issue of Fast Bikes Magazine. The swear words have been cut out, so its safe for young ears!!!!

The DVD also includes some snippets of UNRELEASED tracks (NOT on the 'Dirty Little E.P!!) ReD 13 would like to thank Fast Bikes Magazine and Future Publishing for choosing to use our songs, and to say............"nice work chaps!!!!" Magazine is available from 9th June 2007.

They've been busy rehearsing and writing new songs. In total, the lads have five new songs and will be playing them at various performances.
